Abstract
Dear Readers, Wishing you all a very happy and prosperous New Year 2016. APTI is organising an International conventionin association with RAK Medical and Health Science University at Ras-Al-Khaimah, UAE in Feb 2016. I feel it is important for every academician to attend one or two conferences every year for several reasons. One is, we will get an opportunity to present our research work in front of experts and peer group which boosts our confidence and we are likely to get many constructive suggestions to improve the quality of our work. By attending presentations/lectures by other people and experts,we will learn and improve our own skills and knowledge about our area of specialization. Conferences provide a great opportunity to network.Many fruitful collaborations are a result of networking. Most people can help each other uncover ideas and spark inspiration when they get to know each other on a personal level.
